Please bear in mind RRP's goal is to find the best Short Term Dental Contractor for your office. The more information we can gather the better the search. Please note that all information given to RRP is kept confidential unless verbally permitted. There is no fee to REGISTER with RRP.

Agreement (PLEASE READ. Applies to last line on form before submitting)
The dentist or related payor entity (the "Dentist") agrees to pay RRP $55.00 + HST Fee for each day a Short Term Contractor has worked.

Please note RRP is not responsible for the actions of the Contractor sent to the Dentist's practice.

By signing and clicking on SUBMIT above, the Dentist acknowledges, accepts and agrees with the following statements:

1. RRP is not a "temporary help agency" or a "recruiter", as those terms are defined in the Ontario Employment Standards Act, 2000, and the provisions of that Act do not, and will not, have any application to the relationships between the Contractor, RRP, and/or the Dentist.

2. That is, there is not, and will not be, any employment contract or employment relationship between (a) the Contractor and RRP, or (b) the Contractor and the Dentist.

3. Particularly, the Contractor is not, and will not be, an employee of either RRP or the Dentist, and neither RRP nor the Dentist is, or will be, an employer of the Contractor.

4. Rather, the Contractor will be an independent Contractor providing services to the Dentist on a short-term, temporary basis for which the Contractor will submit an invoice directly to the Dentist, and the Dentist will pay a fee directly to the Contractor.

5. Neither RRP nor the Dentist has, or will have, any liability, or responsibility for withholding or remitting any income, payroll, or other federal or provincial taxes, including employment insurance remittances, Canada Pension Plan contributions or employer health tax, or worker's compensation insurance premiums for the Contactor. The Contractor is solely responsible for these withholding, remitting and registration obligations.
